Are We Right For You?

What to Consider Before Using Polycore Liners

Do you need to workover tubing before a pump change?
Do you run a corrosion inhibitor program for your tubing?
Do you struggle to land your pump around the bend?
Is a tubular failure stopping you reaching your next pump change?
Does your well require a chemical treatment program for corrosion?
Decided to land your pump in the vertical due to fear of placing around the bend?

The Polycore Tubular Linings Corporation, a subsidery of WFES, has successfully deployed its liner technologies in over 80,000 wells worldwide.

Please contact your Polycore Sales Representative to discuss your needs in more detail.

Polycore liners have been successfully deployed in over 80,000 wells: yet, they are not appropriate for all environments and applications.

Please contact your Polycore representative to discuss specific applications in more detail.

Oil and gas industry environments are very complex and dynamic. Wide variations in pressure, temperature, phase changes and multiphase flow can all appear in the same well. Because of the complexity of these environments, the codependence of well conditions and their effect on thermoplastic liners, each operational environment must be evaluated individually and holistically before applying lined tubulars into a well.

When possible, provide your technical representative with a complete description of your well environment and operational practices before using Polycore lined tubing. A change in one parameter (pressure or acid gas concentration, for example) might decrease the recommended allowable maximum rating of another parameter (temperature, for example). Also, note any unusual well operational treatments or services that might damage or compromise the thermoplastic liner.
